We are successful in providing our services in over 90% of cases, however we must have terms and conditions to protect us and you
1) By submitting your details using any of our online forms, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions and are legally bound by them. This forms our contract with you
2) We refund if we are unsuccessful in providing the service you have paid for, however
With Bank Accounts, If you are declined by our provider we will attempt to open you a different account with a different provider we have, You must allow us to do this and you must fill in the second application form. Failure to do so will result in us declining a refund
3) You must provide all documents requested by us and the banks, failure to do so will result in us declining a refund
4) If you do not make us aware of all your adverse credit or you fail to provide us with any relevant information that results in the account being declined we will not refund you
5) We attempt to open your account as fast as possible, but we do not guarantee the timescale as there are many factors affecting this. Therefore we will not refund until the 2 banks have processed your account applications and given us a decision no matter how long this takes. The banks control the timescales and not us.
6) Fast Track Fees are non refundable
7) We process refunds once per month, therefore allow 31 days plus bank clearing time and/or post delivery time to receive any refund
8) Our decision is final
